SHIPPING

Orders will ship fresh within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. Once the package has shipped we’ll email you a tracking number, if available. Please allow 2-7 days for delivery, possibly longer for holidays. All orders are shipped via USPS.
 
We offer complimentary shipping for orders $100.00 and over, excluding tax. For orders under $100.00 we offer a flat rate fee of $5.00 for shipping.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders will ship via USPS. Customs policies vary for each country making it difficult to predict the fees your package may incur, these fees can include customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees. Customers should be prepared to cover the cost of these fees. BLÜH ALCHEMY is not responsible for delayed or lost packages once they have left the USA or any fees charged by the destination country. Tracking scans may not track your package beyond the USA. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

RETURNS

Our products are made fresh for you upon ordering, for this reason we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. We’ll accept returns on unused full-sized products within 7 days of delivery minus shipping costs. Items should be in their original packaging. Trial, limited edition and special promotion items are considered final sale.

To issue a return, please contact our customer service at info@bluhalchemy.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return and we’ll authorize the request and provide return instructions. We cannot process a return without prior authorization. Returns must be received within 10 business days of return authorization. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of your package’s arrival back to our facility. Payment will be refunded to the original form of payment minus shipping costs. You will be notified by e-mail once the return is completed. To expedite the return process, please provide us with your tracking number when you make your return.

BLÜH ALCHEMY is not responsible for the return cost of shipping and cannot process a refund for unsuccessfully delivered return packages or damage incurred to products during the return process. We recommend insuring your return package in the case of loss or damage.

Please note, returning an item may invalidate the promotions or discounts applied to the order including but not limited to shipping discounts.

DAMAGES

We’ll promptly replace any product that arrives damaged or defective, please notify us with your order number and the details at info@bluhalchemy.com within 5 days of delivery and we’ll take care of you. Please take a picture and retain any packaging and merchandise damaged during shipping for the carrier to pick up. No returns or refunds will be given after 5 days past delivery.

PROMOTIONS

We can only accept one promotion code per order and codes are only valid for one time use per customer. Promotions are conditional upon quantity and specified time range. Sales tax is required on orders shipped within Massachusetts at local tax rates.
